Tulsa King season 2 Release Date

Tulsa King season 2 has not yet been officially announced, but it is expected to be released in late 2024. This estimate is based on the fact that the first season of Tulsa King was released in November 2022, and that most television shows take about a year to produce a new season.

However, there are a few factors that could delay the release of season 2. The ongoing writers’ strike is one possibility, as it could slow down the production process. Additionally, the show’s success on Paramount+ could lead to FX wanting to make more episodes, which would also take more time.

Overall, it’s too early to say for sure when Tulsa King season 2 will be released. However, if the show follows a similar schedule to the first season and there are no major delays, then a release date of late 2024 is a possibility.

Tulsa King season 1 Recap

The first season of Tulsa King follows Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone), a New York Mafia capo who is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, after serving 25 years in prison. Upon release, his boss sends him to Tulsa to establish criminal operations there. Not knowing anyone in the area, the General seeks a new crew to help establish his empire.

The General quickly learns that Tulsa is a different world from New York. The city is full of small-time criminals who are not afraid to take matters into their own hands. The General also has to contend with the local Native American gangs, who are not interested in sharing their turf with a New York outsider.

Despite the challenges, the General slowly starts to build a new life in Tulsa. He forms a crew of loyal followers, including former boxer Billy (Domenick Lombardozzi) and Native American fixer Fixer (Martin Starr). The General also starts to develop a relationship with local businesswoman Margaret (Drea de Matteo).

However, the General’s plans are complicated by the arrival of his old nemesis, Caolan Waltrip (Ritchie Coster). Waltrip is a biker gang leader who is determined to take over Tulsa’s criminal underworld. The General and Waltrip eventually come to blows, and the season ends with the General seemingly victorious.

However, the season finale also leaves some unanswered questions. It is unclear whether the General will be able to maintain his power in Tulsa, and it is also unclear whether he will be able to reconcile with his past. These questions will likely be explored in season 2.
